ABOUT

​Hi my name is Tomas. I've been a professional photographer for almost a decade and have truly enjoyed the journey.

I have a Bachelor's degree from Assumption in visual arts. This means I studied drawing, painting, graphic design and art history. The beauty of creative expression always fascinated me. I enjoy seeing how everyone sees the world differently and then attempts to share their vision.

I think a lot of my curiosity and wanting to explore came about when I was a child exploring the world with my dad. We traveled all over due to his job and spent time in Asia, South America, Europe and of course the US. Every destination was so different and although I wasn't into taking photos at that time I learned to appreciate all kinds of beauty. My dad did share many albums with me growing up and I knew photography as something important and timeless.

Today I take a similar approach to all of my photography.

I recently transitioned fully to film and am enjoying it immensely. I'm learning a lot every time I head out with my camera and its reminded me of how I started on this journey.
